Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate in Engineering discipline, preferably with MBA (HR)
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment and selection activities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to train, guide or assist
others to perform the assignments

- Conduction of Recruitment activities for BPC and its group companies.
- Improve quality and effectiveness of the appointment.
- Attract candidates cost- effectively.
- Conduction of appropriate selection process
- Induction orientation and initial training program to enable the new employees
