Position Description

Specific areas of functional responsibility include:
- Circulation of Agenda and Minutes of Board of Directors and AGM to the Directors of BPC and its Subsidiaries and get their
signature on the Board Minutes.
- Coordinate with the Share Registrar
- Maintain record of the Legal Section
- Assist Sr. Legal Officer:
- To maintain Legal Archive
- To preserve and safe keeping of the AGM Minutes and the Board Minutes.
- To identify legal and other requirements of the Company and update them on periodic basis.
- To draft legal documents.
- To provide legal opinion or advice in various legal issues.
- To arrange for the AGM/EGM
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- The candidate should have a graduate in Law from recognized university with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in a creative and independent manner.
- Computer skills and knowledge to produce quality Nepali and English documents/papers.
- The Candidate should have fluency in writing and speaking English.
- Interpersonal skills are desirable.

Specific areas of functional responsibility include:
- Arranges appointments for the visitors to the company officials
- Arranges regular dispatch of newspapers to the respective function/SBU.
- Deals with in and out telephone calls
- Deals with visitors.
- Follows up to maintain telephone lines In time
- Gives out general information of the company to the visitors
- Maintains documents and information related to the company
- Maintains electronic registration of all incoming and outgoing letters
- Maintains friendly and congenial work area environment in the reception
- Prepares monthly telephone billing for official and individuals calls.
- Updates records on STD/ISD calls.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate level in any discipline with three years of professional experience
- Fluency in English and Nepali
- Able to operate MS word and MS Excel
- Able to work on internet and email
- Able to give priority to satisfy customers
