BPC has been awarded “Merit Award” in Manufacturing Sector by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for presentation of Accounts and Annual Reporting at a ceremony organized on 5th November 2009 at Bangabandhu International Conference Hall, Dhaka, Bangaladesh.

SAFA as a forum of professional accountancy bodies is committed to positioning, maintaining and developing the accountancy profession in SAARC Region and ensuring its continued eminence in the world of accountancy; in the public interest and towards broad economic development of the region.

The Awards under different categories are conferred on the basis of evaluation administered by SAFA’s Committee for Improvement in Transparency, Accountability & Governance, of the published annual reports of entries from South Asian Countries.
